1. What are the opening hours?

Artihove showroom in the Netherlands is opened on:
 

Monday:   13:00 till 17:00 
Tuesday till Friday:   09:00 till 17:00
Saturday:   10:00 till 16:00 
Sunday:   10:00 till 16:00

2. When can I purchase products, with or without appointment?

If you placed an order, you always have to make an appointment before collecting your items.

3. Where is the showroom?

Our showroom is in the Netherlands.

4. Is everything in the showroom in stock?

Many items are directly avaible for you, but not everything from the show room.

5. Is everything on the website in stock?

In the webshop it is shown per item if the product is in stock. You can always contact one of our employees.

6. When can you deliver the product?

Our delivery product of items in stock is about two to three working days in the Netherlands. You can email info@artihove.nl for different locations, or for special orders with engravings.

7. When can I expect the account?

The account will be send within a week per e-mail.

8. How are the products packaged?

Our sculptures will always be packaged in a gift box with protective foam rubber. Artihove will make sure your product arrives safely. If something goes wrong, we will take care of it.

9. When can I receive the brochure with the whole assortment?

Artihove publishes a new brochure four times a year. Our whole assortment is too broad to be placed fully in a brochure. You can always take a look in our webshop.

10. Can I change my order afterwards?

If you have chosen for a standard product without any adjustments, this is possible. However, we will charge the transport costs. If we already did adjustments, such as engraving, it is more difficult. You can give us a call to see what we can do.

11. What is the price of a personal message on the card?

For a special card we charge € 1,30.

12. What is the price of engraving?

Personal words or engravings cost € 8,75.

13. Can I engrave a logo?

Yes, you can if it is possible on the particular sculpture or object.

14. What is the price of engraving a logo?

The costs for engraving a logo are € 70 once. It shoul be a EPS-file.

15. How much text can be placed on a card or a text plate?

In the webshop you can see per product how much text can be placed.

16. Can I get a discount if I place multiple orders?

For most sculptures you get discount if you order ten or more products. Each item on the webshop displays this discount. If you want to order more than 100 pieces, you can e-mail us for a proposal at info@artihove.nl.
